This 19th century cottage was originally located on Cliff Ave, and moved to its current location during the mid 20th century. A complete makeover; the mansard tower was added as a nod to its historic era, and created an opportunity to draw in light and open views to Newport’s First Beach. Inside, the floor plan was envisioned as an open, modern living space, while the exterior reflected much of the historic character and influence of the original home.
